School holidays are here, which seriously limits my thinking time and my computer time (which I should mainly be using for writing that essay anyway!).
The holidays are only a couple of weeks long – but there probably won’t be much new happening here in that time.
I will, however, try and keep up with the comments 🙂

Well, school finishes this afternoon. Only for two weeks. We have four 10 week school terms each year – so the last holidays were in July. Our big break is over our summer – six weeks starting just before Christmas. Each school year starts in February.
My husband (a Yorkshire man) does mutter about having all the big stuff at one time of year. Things go mad in late December here, because everyone’s preparing for their summer holidays as well as organising Christmas stuff. However, unless we can somehow shift summer, I doubt it’s going to change.
Oh, and the golden rule of summer holidays – that the weather’s best after the term has started – does hold true here. All school holidays are required to be wet – although this time it looks like we’re getting that Aussie dust storm as well. Bonus!!
