Random bits of inspiration – peacock

Reminds me of my childhood. We stayed on the family farm sometime where peacocks ran wild. Such beautiful birds. Grandma always made neat crafts with feathers they'd leave around the place.

Peacock feather under a microscope - this is not beadwork but I can imagine these colors/texture stitched together in spiral seed bead work. The image breaks the palette down very nicely

Wow, this is beautiful! Peacock painting. I love peacocks...

Peacock Cat. I would love to have a statue like this.

I love the song of a Peacock as he calls for his mate, I believe it is the most beautiful sound in nature... it's kind of like a train whistle on a foggy night... or rain... relaxes me and makes me feel at ease... you know, 'heavy sigh'...
